The voters of West Contra Costa Unified School District passed the following bond measures:
- Nov 7, 2000: Measure M $150,000,000 Elementary Schools Capital Improvements
- March 5, 2002: Measure D $300,000,000 Middle/High Schools Capital Improvements
- Nov 1, 2005: Measure J $400,000,000 Elementary/High Schools Captial Improvements
